The position also involves driving continuous improvement in quality processes to uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span><span>Additionally, this role involves connecting to appropriate stakeholders to ensure the alignment with production.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><strong><span><span>Quality Assurance:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Review and approve deviations, corrective and preventative actions, and change controls.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Review and approve Batch records.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Ensure escalation of quality problems to the appropriate levels of management following the standards set by the QMS.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span><span>Regulatory Compliance:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Participate in reviewing Annual Product Reviews.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span><span>Who are you?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Bachelor or Master\u2019s Degree in science (Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacist,\u2026) <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in GMP Environment. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Demonstrated strong experience in biologicals drug substance operations (business and\/or quality). <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Demonstrate good communication skills with stakeholders. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Fluent in French and English. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Resistant to stress. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Ability to create support for training <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Knowledge in other Biomanufacturing processes can be a advantage (validation, maintenance, metrology,\u2026) <\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span><span>Our Offer?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span><span>Jefferson Wells offers you a permanent contract as consultant with an attractive salary package and will give you access to trainings in technical matters and soft skills.
