{"id":7064348,"date":"2025-08-22T10:23:46","date_gmt":"2025-08-22T10:23:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/vacancies\/26527-technology-transfer-manufacturing-project-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-08-22T10:40:15","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T10:40:15","slug":"26527-technology-transfer-manufacturing-project-manager","status":"publish","type":"matador-job-listings","link":"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/nl\/vacancies\/26527-technology-transfer-manufacturing-project-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Technology Transfer &amp; Manufacturing Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":" <ul class=\"matador-job-meta matador-job-meta-job-7064348 matador-job-meta-default\"> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-job_general_location matador-job-field-value-braine-lalleud\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Locatie:<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">Braine l&#039;Alleud<\/span> <\/li> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-bullhorn_job_id matador-job-field-value-26527\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Vacature<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">#26527<\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span>Technical Assistant &amp; Project Manager<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <p><span><span>Contracting \u2013 Brabant Wallon<\/span><\/span><\/p> <p><span><span><strong><span>Your responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Execute technology transfer and upscale projects, in close collaboration with the company cross-functional teams (MSAT, External Manufacturing, Industrial &amp; Analytical Leads, Quality, Regulatory etc.) and CMO. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Depending on the type of project, act as project manager or project team member.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Review and approve all project documentation (protocols, reports, risk assessments, forms,\u2026) <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Regularly track the project\u2019s progress (timing, activities, resources, costs) against the plan and adjust as needed <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure product quality and consistency, and manage deviations and change controls <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Ensure manufacturing processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Edit CPV reports for the company products manufactured at the CMO and tested by the company<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Participate in projects (upscale, technology transfer): assist to internal and external meetings, review\/approve project documentation, manage deviations and change controls, report project progress internally <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Provide the technical expertise to support the company\u2019s CMO to ensure effective processes <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Implement project management best practices throughout the project<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p> <span><span><strong><span>Your profile:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Master\u2019s degree in engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Technical and industrial expertise in sterile pharmaceutical products. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Experience in managing technology transfers.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Experience with compliance in a GMP environment. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Experience in project management <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Fluent in French &amp; English (written and spoken)<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Subject matter expert in technical \/ manufacturing aspects related to sterile DP compounding and filling activities <\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p> <span><span><strong><span>Our offer:<\/span><\/strong><br \/> Jefferson Wells offers you a permanent contract as consultant with an attractive salary package and will give you access to trainings in technical matters and soft skills.
