This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><strong><span><span>Your responsibilities?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span><span>The department is, amongst other expertise, in charge of the implementation of health authorities Facility Design requirement for all manufacturing building in the Belgium sites. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span><span>A new task is required : implementing internal standards of the company (Engineering Standard) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span><span>You will be responsible for leading the implementation of this new standard in several steps : <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Gap analysis between Engineering Standard and Belgium SOP\u2019s<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Support and lead risk assessment issuing for each unit with local SMEs <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Follow up and track progress on assessment issuing as per milestone. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Participating in the assessment to standardize inter manufacturing units evidences and assessment (same answer for requirement, adding and suggest control or mitigations, identifying gaps).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Possibly, support the Unit to edit remediation plans for gaps identified.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Furthermore, the candidate leads the reporting to Engineering Standard Duty holder and sponsor.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span><span>Your profile?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Scientific university degree (Engineer in Chemistry, biochemistry, or Pharmacist,\u2026)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Experience in Product &amp; Process<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Experience in project management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Risk assessment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Successful experience in stakeholders management <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Excellent organization skills and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <li><span><span><span><span>Fluent in French et English <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span><span>Our offer?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span><span>Jefferson Wells offers you a permanent contract as consultant with an attractive salary package and will give you access to training in technical matters and soft skills.
