This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><strong><span>Your responsibilities?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Coordinate construction activities and liaise with the Host Site EHS team<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Review safe methods of working ahead of work starting<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Lead daily safe work planning sessions e.g. SPA, RAMS, PTW <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Participate in daily prestart workforce safety briefings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Participate in safety meetings and lead daily safety walks of the site<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Participate in toolbox talks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Assist in incident investigation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Induct \/ orientate the workers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Identify and control new workers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Identify general and specific safety hazards to the workers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Inspect and conduct safety audits of tasks and safe systems \/ processes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure that all incidents are reported<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Participate in incident investigations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure workers only carry out tasks for which they are trained and qualified <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place and in use<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Encourage and participate in the behavioral safety system<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Intervene and correct any unsafe conditions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Participate in safety meetings<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure good housekeeping and organised tidiness (5S) at all times<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span>Your profile?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Experience in construction management of medium and large capital projects<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>EHS experience <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Project and people management skills with thorough knowledge of construction <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <li><span><span><span>Communication and collaboration skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span>Our offer?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span><span>Jefferson Wells offers you a permanent contract as consultant with an attractive salary package and will give you access to training in technical matters and soft skills.
