{"id":7066288,"date":"2025-12-22T09:46:16","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T09:46:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/vacancies\/27148-sterility-assurance\/"},"modified":"2025-12-22T09:46:16","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T09:46:16","slug":"27148-sterility-assurance","status":"publish","type":"matador-job-listings","link":"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/nl\/vacancies\/27148-sterility-assurance\/","title":{"rendered":"Sterility Assurance"},"content":{"rendered":" <ul class=\"matador-job-meta matador-job-meta-job-7066288 matador-job-meta-default\"> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-job_general_location matador-job-field-value-wavre\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Locatie:<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">Wavre<\/span> <\/li> <li class=\"matador-job-meta-field matador-job-field-bullhorn_job_id matador-job-field-value-27148\"> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-label\">Vacature<\/span> <span class=\"matador-job-meta-value\">#27148<\/span> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><span>Sterility Assurance<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <p><span><span>Contracting \u2013 Brabant Wallon<\/span><\/span><\/p> <p><span><span><strong><span>Your responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span>The QA Ops Aseptic Processes Senior Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the sterility assurance practices to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.<\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Manage critical and complex major deviations linked to Sterility Assurance (e.g. hidden surface, gradeA\/B contaminations etc.) and manage CAPA\u2019s in respect to the compliance and the product quality.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Approve Environmental Monitoring Risk Assessment, <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Is the SME for the Sterility Assurance topics in manufacturing units, approve the SOP&apos;s related to the subjects, support the Sterility assurance Ops specialists.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Approve AQ and aseptic audits (9000002094), coaching during APS is required periodically with the responsibility to assess the overall process and coach people<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Approve aseptic summary of media sim; Approve or co-approve with the SAM the QMS gap analysis impacting Sterility Assurance topic (e.g. facility design) <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Is Fronter in audit\/inspection for aseptic topics<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Perform coaching\/mentoring of operational\/QA Teams, provide Sterility Aseptic training, develop the competencies of the Sterility Assurance shopfloor.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Act as a local Sterility Assurance expert \/ referent<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Contribute to prepare the major planned technical interventions in classified areas (e.g. shutdown management)<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p> <span><span><strong><span>Your profile:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in GMP environment<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Substantial knowledge of regulatory, GMP, sterile manufacturing, and <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>legal requirements needed.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Expertise: aseptic practices\/processes, material transfer, environmental monitoring of classified areas, gowning (incl. behaviors in classified areas) etc.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Strong knowledge of cGMP and guidelines (FDA\/EU\/WHO)<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Demonstrated impact and influence, strong competencies in risk management in order to escalate, to own and to manage risks linked to Sterility Assurance. <\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>French speaker with good level of written and spoken English<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Operational excellence background (Orange-Green Belt) is a plus<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p> <span><span><strong><span>Our offer ?<\/span><\/strong><br \/> Jefferson Wells offers you a permanent contract as consultant with an attractive salary package and will give you access to trainings in technical matters and soft skills.
