Process Data Owner<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <p><span><span>Contracting \u2013 Brabant Wallon<\/span><\/span><\/p> <p><span><span><strong><span>Your responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span>The company is creating a new global role to take full ownership of paper archiving governance across all sites and affiliates.<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span>Although a global paper archiving process already exists, its local implementation has not been consistently followed or monitored, leading to gaps, risks, and deviations.<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span>The objective is to harmonize, structure, and operationalize paper archiving practices globally, ensure inspection readiness, and reduce regulatory, data privacy, and operational risks.<\/span><\/span><br \/> <span><span>The role will also act as Process Data Owner, the paper archiving system already live in several countries and being extended further.<\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Interacting with global and local stakeholders to understand how paper archiving is implemented at site level.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Assessing gaps based on existing assessments and defining practical action plans.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Building and animating a community\/network of archivists.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Supporting and governing the Doxis system (validation status, access, data structure, user support).<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Reviewing and aligning retention schedules, procedures, and documentation.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Managing topics related to external archiving vendors (governance, access, quality agreements).<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Preparing for inspections, managing deviations and CAPAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>The role requires autonomy, initiative, and a \u201chelicopter view\u201d of global archiving activities.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p> <span><span><strong><span>Your profile:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Minimum 5 years of experience in records management or archiving within a regulated environment, with enough experience to work independently and proactively without close daily supervision.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Solid experience in paper archiving \/ records management.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Experience in a regulated environment (preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare).<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Strong understanding of data integrity principles (ALCOA+).<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Strong communication skills and ability to work within a global network.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Comfortable working in English and French.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Soft skills (initiative, autonomy, communication, project mindset) will be a key evaluation criterion.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <p><span><span><strong><em>Nice to have:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p> <ul> <li><span><span>Knowledge of GxP environments and differences between manufacturing, non-clinical, etc.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Experience with document management or archiving systems.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Project management skills.<\/span><\/span> <li><span><span>Experience with external archive vendors.<\/span><\/span> <\/ul> <nav class=\"matador-job-navigation\"> <ul> <li> <a href=\"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/nl\/vacancies\/27561-global-paper-archivist-governance-lead-process-data-owner\/\" rel=\"button\" class=\"matador-button\" title=\"Solliciteren Direct\">Solliciteren Direct<\/a> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/nav> ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Locatie: Braine-l&#039;Alleud Vacature #27561 Global Paper archivist Governance Lead &amp;
