De afdeling omvat afvullijnen, een inspectielijn, een nieuw voorbereidingscentrum en autoclaven voor terminale sterilisatie. Er staan heel wat projecten op de planning: de verhuis en integratie van een inspectielijn, het uit dienst nemen van een autoclaaf, de invoering van geautomatiseerd debagging en transport en de introductie van drie nieuwe producten. De afdeling streeft naar een volledig geautomatiseerd productieproces.<\/p> <p>In deze functie zal je onder meer:<\/p> <ul> <li>Dagelijks samenwerken met productie en onderhoud om kwaliteitsproblemen, veiligheidsrisico&#8217;s of rendementsverliezen op te sporen, telkens de grondoorzaak achterhalen, oplossingen voorstellen en de implementatie opvolgen. <li>Samen met engineering en externe partners nieuw equipment implementeren of grote updates aan bestaand equipment uitvoeren. <li>Projectvergaderingen faciliteren met collega process engineers en teamleden, zodat de processen continu opgevolgd en beheerst worden. <li>New Product Introductions (NPI) leiden in samenwerking met collega&#8217;s, van de start tot de oplevering. <li>Eigenaar worden van een specifiek productiedomein (afvulling of inspectie) en het aanspreekpunt (SPOC) zijn voor dat domein. <\/ul> <h3><strong>Profiel<\/strong><\/h3> <p>Belangrijk is dat je:<\/p> <ul> <li>Een sterke technische achtergrond hebt. <li>Enkele jaren ervaring hebt in een productieomgeving. <li>Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden hebt. <\/ul> <p>Daarnaast is het een sterke plus als je:<\/p> <ul> <li>Ervaring hebt met automatisering en equipmentvalidatie. <li>Vertrouwd bent met productieprocessen en productie-equipment. <li>Sterk analytisch bent en graag problemen oplost. <li>Ervaring hebt met het leiden van projectvergaderingen en het beheren van projectbudgetten. <\/ul> <h3><strong>Wat kan je verwachten?<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Een uitdagende rol in een van de meest dynamische en vooruitstrevende productieafdelingen van de site, met een sterke focus op automatisering. <li>Afwisseling tussen dagelijkse procesondersteuning, equipmentprojecten en de introductie van nieuwe producten. <li>Een opdracht van \u00e9\u00e9n jaar, met start eind november 2026. <\/ul> <nav class=\"matador-job-navigation\"> <ul> <li> <a href=\"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/nl\/vacancies\/28166-pe-aseptic-technologies\/\" rel=\"button\" class=\"matador-button\" title=\"Solliciteren Direct\">Solliciteren Direct<\/a> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/nav> ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Locatie: Puurs Type: Contracting Vacature #28166 Project Engineer Aseptic Technologies Antwerp | Contracting Functie Als Project Engineer Aseptic Technologies kom je terecht in een veelzijdige productieafdeling voor spuiten binnen een farmaceutische productiesite in de regio Puurs.
