Je maakt deel uit van het Analytical Science and Technology team en draagt bij aan robuuste analytische methoden die de kwaliteit en consistentie van productieprocessen op basis van zoogdiercelculturen garanderen.<\/p> <p>In deze functie zal je onder meer:<\/p> <ul> <li>optreden als expert voor analytische qPCR- en ELISA-methoden; <li>methoden overnemen van R&amp;D naar MSAT, met volledige documentatie, training en kennisoverdracht; <li>gevalideerde qPCR- en ELISA-methoden overdragen van MSAT naar QC, inclusief troubleshooting en het opstellen van transferprotocollen en -rapporten; <li>analytische methoden ontwerpen, ontwikkelen, verbeteren en valideren voor bestaande en nieuwe productieprocessen; <li>zelfstandig experimenten en analytische studies opzetten, inclusief DOE; <li>wetenschappelijke en technische protocollen en rapporten van hoge kwaliteit opstellen; <li>de prestaties van analytische methoden trenden en opvolgen; <li>root cause onderzoeken uitvoeren bij analytische afwijkingen; <li>resultaten presenteren op teamvergaderingen; <li>kleinschalige testen in het labo ondersteunen. <\/ul> <h3><strong>Profiel<\/strong><\/h3> <p>Belangrijk is dat je:<\/p> <ul> <li>een PhD hebt in Life Sciences, Biochemie of Biotechnologie, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring; <li>sterke hands-on ervaring hebt met qPCR en ELISA, bij voorkeur voor de analyse van host cell impurities; <li>aantoonbare ervaring hebt met de ontwikkeling en kwalificatie\/validatie van analytische methoden; <li>een uitstekende kennis van cGMP hebt en wettelijke vereisten kan vertalen naar concrete actieplannen; <li>DOE-experimenten kan opzetten, basisstatistiek toepast en complexe datasets kan interpreteren; <li>sterk bent in technisch schrijven (protocollen, rapporten); <li>zelfstandig je projecten plant en meerdere projecten tegelijk kan opvolgen; <li>zowel labowerk als data-analyse aan je bureau graag combineert; <li>vlot Engels spreekt en schrijft en kennis hebt van het Nederlands. <\/ul> <p>Daarnaast is het een sterke plus als je:<\/p> <ul> <li>kennis hebt van eiwitkarakterisatie (SDS-PAGE, Western\/Southern\/Northern blots); <li>ervaring hebt met method transfers tussen R&amp;D, MSAT en QC. <\/ul> <h3><strong>Wat kan je verwachten?<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Een inhoudelijk sterke rol in een internationaal analytisch team, met impact op de lancering van nieuwe biologische geneesmiddelen. <li>Een afwisseling tussen labowerk, data-analyse en GMP-documentatie, met ruimte om zelfstandig analytische projecten te leiden. <li>Een voltijdse opdracht ter plaatse in de regio Geel, van december 2026 tot september 2027. <\/ul> <nav class=\"matador-job-navigation\"> <ul> <li> <a href=\"https:\/\/jeffersonwells.be\/nl\/vacancies\/28168-msat-scientist\/\" rel=\"button\" class=\"matador-button\" title=\"Solliciteren Direct\">Solliciteren Direct<\/a> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/nav> ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Locatie: geel Type: Contracting Vacature #28168 MSAT Scientist (qPCR &amp; ELISA) Antwerp | Contracting Functie Voor een biofarmaceutische productiesite in de regio Geel zoeken we een MSAT Scientist met sterke expertise in qPCR en ELISA.
