You have natural leadership ? You avec experience in project management, especially in continuous improvment process in the pharmaceutical industry? This mission will for sure interest you!
What are your responsabilities ?
- You provide status updates to the Belgium Quality Council on the Yearly Belgium Quality Plan deployment and you escalate any issues.
- You issue the Executive Summary Report containing the status for each project
- You issue the Belgium Quality Plan for the next year, based on the input of Strategic Quality Plan
- You support the Manufacturing Production to deploy the Belgian Quality Plan locally.
- You improve the current System Effectiveness Review process to allow its deployment in Q1 next year.
- You prepare the System Effectiveness Review process with the Subject Matter Experts to ensure the availability of the reports.
Your profile ?
- University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy or Engineering or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in project management.
- Leadership skills: engage, challenge and communicate at different levels in the organization (Emplpoyees, stakeholders, Management, …)
- Ability to bring all relevant facts to make appropriate decisions in a continuously improving mindset.
- Team spirit, self-motivated and reliable.
- You chase the information
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French
