Engineering Project Coordinator

Our partner is looking for a Engineering Project Coordinator to manage several technical projects included in 2022-2023 plan. This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.
Your responsibilities?
- You lead a small project team responsible for the project delivery
- You assist the project leader/manager from Scheme to Handover & Close-out
- You assure an outcome which meets all of the defined project objectives for cost, schedule, quality (fit for purpose) & safety and delivers the business benefits.
- Manages medium-sized projects in construction or other technical areas on the basis of a phased project plan for design, development and implementing including the following activities:
- Configuring project products into deliverables or KPI’s
- Monitoring of expenditure
- Ensuring attendance to project review meetings
- Provision of project reports
- Coordinates activities across the project team:
- Booking of resources
- Ensuring project personnel on site
- Ensuring equipment is at the pre-defined place
- Ensuring documentation is correct and filed
Your profile?
- You demonstrate competency in project management software and methods (PRINCE II, Six Sigma)
- You have experience in people management
- You have experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- You have experience in project administration within automation environment
- You have knowledge of GMP
- You are conscientious and have an hands-on communication
- Good communicator in French and in English
