Our partner is looking for a Project Manager Engineering who will be responsible for preparation and coordination the Production Unit Shutdown and the management of production support team. This international company is well-known for its pharmaceuticals.
Your responsibilities?
Routine outside ShutDown period
- Team Management Gatekeepers team
- Management of mobile equipment with production teams (availability, localisation, project for optimization)
- Management of TS activities for production equipement
- INL follow-up with the input of the INL white collar
- Management of CM/VM label in production area
- Management of time shift
- Follow-up of Operational TS Team for Training, Learning relay, SOP/AQ trainer
- Management of deviation/CAPA/ eCC task with the support of TS Team
- PTW
Inside ShutDown period
- Coordination and preparation of shutdown activities : Follow-up of audits white rooms (and associated work request), coordination meetings (internal or external MPU), lead coactivities planning, …
- Preparation du dossier SD (2088)
- Daily follow-up during Shutdown D (tiers : planning & lead)
- Management of the After Action Review, SD, organization, action plan
- Management of specific external contractor during ShutDown (HandyMan, peintres, sols…)
Your profile?
- You are an Engineer
- You have at least min 4 years of experience in a maintenance role (generalist).
If no university degree 10 to 15 years relevant experience is required. - Project Management certification is an asset

- You are organized and able to manage your time and identify priorities
- Good communicator in French and in English
