Incoming Materials Compliance Officer

Our partner is lookin for an Incoming Materials Compliance Officer to join its team. This international company is well-known for its research, development and marketing of pharmaceutical and vaccines

What are your responsibilities?

  • Perform and follow incoming materials qualifications (check-list) in partnership with the project team, MSAT, QC, TRD, Belgium manufacturing facilities and suppliers.
  • Communicate suppliers/quality issues to stakeholders through appropriated escalation processes. Understand and manage actions of mitigation if needed.
  • Understand and manage current regulatory requirements, as well as internal, environment related to incoming materials.
  • Be able to support the team by writing Deviation and CAPA
  • Give support to the QA Validation team (URS, VMP, IOQ, DQ, …)

Who are you?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacist, …)
  • You have a first experience in QA Validation within pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements
  • You have the ability to function efficiently in a matrix organization in order to ensure effective communication of issues to all impacted sites
  • You are fluent (both written an spoken) in French and English
