Our partner in Bruges region is part of an international Corporation and employs over 200 engineers and colleagues and they are looking for a Controls Software Project Lead to join their Controls Department.
Your role?
As a Software Project Lead, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Align software release schedule and content with software subsystems and customers.
- Track development and issue-fixing progress with team leads and/or key members of their teams
- Ensure the software is released on time and with the right quality.
- Work with team leads and/or key members to identify and address any issues.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you have an MSc in Electronics or Computer Sciences and are a content-based project lead with the ability to challenge and convince people in a factual and underpinned way. You have strong analytic skills and can apply these to set priorities and give direction. You are hands-on, well-organized, highly motivated, and have good communication skills.
