Your responsibilities?
You will work closely with other experienced colleagues to optimize customer processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide operational support. Your responsibilities will include:
The interpretation of different transformer oil analyses and to issue reports with specific recommendations in order to follow-up the condition of a large fleet of power transformers situated in power plants, HV-grids and larger industrial sites worldwide
Be the key contact person for several important customers
Provide training to key customers on sampling and interpretation of transformer oil analyses
Follow up online monitoring and collaborate in further developing the existing platform and fleet
Possibility to participate to international working groups
Participate in projects in order to further develop the knowledge on oil analysis, and transformer condition monitoring.
As a Transformer Oils Expert, you will focus on acquiring competence and experience based on the company's strategy. You will be required to intervene on industrial sites in Belgium and abroad. Your profil?
A chemical engineering degree or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in oils analysis

Mission:
Identify day-to-day non-quality factors, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans at suppliers.
Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.
Lead quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of suppliers’ actions.
Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Pilot the Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM)at the level of the plant.
Main Activity:

Manage the incoming inspection policy and optimize it
Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level and reports it

Lead the End to End PPEP flow
Be the Data-Owner of Quality Domain (QCO) managing all data (creation, update and deletion) to support the Quality Processes on the several used tools (SAP and any Domain/local tools).
Can also be Key-User of the Quality Domain (QCO) with, in particular, a good knowledge on dynamization rules for inspection process (parts & incoming inspection).
