For a leading client in the data center construction sector, we’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join a high-specifications, fast-track international project. You will be responsible for overseeing all civil works on-site, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and timely delivery in a mission-critical environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all on-site civil construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Interface with MEP teams and other trades to ensure seamless integration.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely execution of works.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to the Project Manager.
- Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and schedules.
- Maintain high standards of site organization and documentation.
Your profile:
- 5–10 years of experience in site supervision in the construction sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
