Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing is looking for a CRM Manager Europe & Intercontinental to act as our ambassador on site within an international, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strong CRM governance, data-driven processes, and successful collaboration across international teams.
Your responsibilities include:
• Act as CRM Capability Owner, aligning business requirements with user groups and management to support asset strategy execution.
• Manage CRM data processes, data quality, and governance, in close collaboration with Master Data Management teams.
• Optimize automated CRM data flows across current platforms and future solutions.
• Maintain business ownership of the CRM connector with a global external customer database.
• Lead product assignments to CRM users, ensuring accurate interaction documentation and high-quality data classification.
• Design and deliver CRM training content for end users and Subject Matter Experts across Europe and intercontinental regions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and key internal stakeholders (Asset Teams, L&D, IT, Operations, Data & Reporting).
• Support the transformation toward a future CRM solution, including migration activities, go-live readiness, and continuous process improvement.
Your Profile:
• You hold a Master’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in CRM-related roles.
• You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (Veeva and/or Salesforce), data management, data quality, and governance.
• You have proven experience in stakeholder management within complex, cross-functional environments.
• You bring a strategic, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
• You are comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively.
• You have experience in the pharmaceutical industry (strong asset).
• You have exposure to AI-driven solutions and/or large transformation or migration programs (plus).
• You communicate fluently in English; French and/or Dutch are an asset.
