Maintenance Technician
Contracting – Heist-Op-Den-Berg
Your Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns independently
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
  • Carry out calibrations in accordance with defined procedures and methods, including the adjustment of measuring instruments
  • Identify, define, and implement technical improvements on equipment and processes
  • Apply internal procedures and best practices after completing the onboarding training program
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and respond flexibly to urgent tasks or reassignments
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols (PPE, LOTO, permits, etc.) at all times
  • Document and report all performed activities accurately in line with GMP standards
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal maintenance teams and the departments supported by the role

Your Profile:

  • Solid experience working in a maintenance department is required
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and calibration techniques is a plus
  • Proven skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with industrial safety practices (LOTO, PPE, work permits)
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
