For our client specialized in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Officer to define governance, methods, processes, and project management tools, and to provide advice and support to teams on these elements.
Your Responsibilities
Define and implement the Group's project management policies, essentials, standards, and tools (referred to as PEST), such as project lifecycle processes, monitoring and control systems, standards, governance, etc., across all entities in the sector.
Lead and supervise a team of 3 people, ensuring regular follow-up and appropriate support.
Develop dashboards and reports to guarantee visibility on project progress and performance.
Organize, plan, and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
Propose and implement optimization initiatives for project management processes, based on recognized methods and tools (PMP, PMO).
Collaborate with teams across various sites, including China and India, to ensure harmonization of efforts and sharing of best practices.
Identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and initiate the development of appropriate solutions as new processes or tools to be implemented.
Your Profile
Master’s degree (business management, administration, or project management-oriented engineering).
PMI certification (or another certification such as Prince 2) is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, ideally in industrial contexts such as plant or power station construction.
Experience in project management, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Familiarity with PMP, PMO applications and methodologies, as well as planning, documentation, and contract management tools.
Excellent command of English, with French language skills for internal communications if necessary.

The Process Engineer, with a master's degree in chemistry, mechanics or electromechanical engineering, will be responsible for defining the process of an electrolysis hydrogen production plant, and drawing up the associated fluidic diagrams. He/she will also participate in risk analyses and the definition of safety barriers.
Your Responsibilities
Draw up P&IDs
Write operating manuals and functional analyses
Perform mass and heat balances
Participate in HAZOPs and follow up actions
Write Safety Requirement Specification for Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS)
Perform ATEX zoning calculations
Your Profile
Degree in chemical, mechanical or electromechanical engineering
10 years' experience in the chemical, oil&gas or petrochemical sector
Experience in drawing up P&IDs and functional analyses
Experience in the Oil&Gas sector
Participation in HAZOP projects
Fluency in French and English
Proficiency in Office suite, particularly Excel
Knowledge of P&ID drawing software such as AutoCAD
Knowledge of control and valve sizing

Le/la proposal est une sorte de programme manager qui est chargé de construire un dossier (offre ou dossier technico commercial pour un client). Il/elle est responsable de personnes qui viennent de divers départements pour construire son offre.
Vos responsabilités
Capable d’analyser des appels d’offres et d’identifier les risques
Gestion de tous les autres aspects trades et finance (relations avec banques, assureurs, services légaux, pour définir des clauses)
Coordonner les activités techniques avec le bureau d’études (qualité, achat, par exemple, pour développer une supply chain pour un nouveau dossier) dans le but de construire une offre et un dossier technico commercial pour vendre un service et un produit.
Rédiger les documents de l’offre et se reposer sur la participation d’autres départements
Capable d'effectuer des négociations
A la finalisation du contrat, transfèrer les spécificités du dossier à l’équipe exécution qui va exécuter le contrat
Votre profil
Vous avez un diplôme d'ingénieur technique (mécanique, électromécanique, industriel)
3 à 5 ans d'expériences dans le secteur industriel.
Expérience dans la gestion de projets avec aspect budgétaire/juridique/fiscaux
Etre à l’aise avec la technologie au niveau électronique
Etre fluent en français + pouvoir s’exprimer en anglais et comprendre les réunions en anglais
