For our client specialised in the railway signalling industry, we are looking for a Industrialization Engineer.
What are your responsibilities ?
Tender:
Participate if needed to technical clause to clause analysis during the tender phase for the industrial area in liaise with the Product Program Manager.
Concurrent Engineering:
Develop concurrent engineering and design to cost approach between development and industrialization Centers
Support product strategy and technology roadmap from industrial perspective
Apply Signalling Product Industrialization Process
Define Industrial Requirements specification per Product Line
Manage products Industrialization WP / provide prototypes needed
Define the most efficient industrial scheme (serial & repairs)
Take into account project requests from Project Industrial Manager: responsible for industrial and production work packages (QCD)
Contribute to reinforce relationship between Industrial and Signalling Engineering by participating to Product Program review
Industrialization:
Define the generic Product industrial breakdown structure (MBOM)
Manage industrial risk through Product / Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan when relevant
Support sourcing in the suppliers’ qualification and quality follow up
Life Cycle:
Manage industrial Quality, Cost and Delivery of products during all life cycle and lead proper action plan (especially for recurring costs & Lead time optimization)
Ensure industrial sustainability of Product during life cycle: guarantee the manufacturability – reparability (incl. Test bench and parts obsolescence management / re-design proposal)
Improve Product competitiveness: cost optimization, lead time reduction, quality improvement
Provide and sustain Industrial maturity report per product line (definition files MR, test First Passed Yield per phase, failure rate at first installation, production cost, industrial scheme, lead time)
Manage traceability of product delivered to projects, and retrofit plan if needed
Manage the repair lead time and reduce the repair unitary cost
In case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement corrective solutions
Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis
Who are you ?
Engineering degree in process engineering, electronics, electrical or mechanical
2 to 5 years’ experience in Product Industrial management
Operational effectiveness / Accountability
Collaboration / Communication with Transparency / Teamwork
Global vision and Agility
Innovative, participative in business workgroups
Able to read, write and speak English

For our partner specialised in the railway sector, we are looking for a Certification Engineer.
The Certification Engineer defines and executes the Certification and Authorization project plan in order to obtain the Authorization to Put into Service (APIS) of the On-board or Trackside ETCS signaling sub-system by the relevant National Authorities. For that purpose, the compliance with the European Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI) and / or with the specific national requirements have to be assessed by different external independent entities.
The main task is to coordinate all activities and collection of required proof with the various internal and external project stakeholders in order to obtain the necessary certificates and authorizations for the project.
What are your responsibilities ?
Defining and executing the Certification & Authorization Project Plan in line with Project QCD objectives
Defining the Project Certification & Authorization applicable legal referential and associated requirements
Planning all the C&A related activities in coordination with Project team based on existing standards, regulations and return on experience from previous or similar projects
Preparing the procurement of external assessment services: creation of call for tender documents based on the defined scope of assessment, conducting the tender process, evaluation of tenders, contract drafting and negotiations with assessors in collaboration with the purchasing department
Monitoring the development of evidences/means of proofs with the relevant stakeholders, by conducting regular workshops with various departments and sub-contractors
Organizing and managing the assessment process with external assessors (Notified Bodies, Country Designated Bodies, etc), monitoring/follow-up of related action plans, review and approval of assessments reports
Compiling the Certification and Authorization dossiers: definition of the content, compliance to formal requirements, file the official authorization requests towards European and / or National authorities

Who are you ?
Masters Degree in Engineering
European or National Railways regulations (e.g. through ERA or NSA training)
Experience of Certification & Authorization process
Fluent in English (oral & written); Other languages are an asset
Knowledge of Railways/Signaling systems and products
Rigorous in the respect of the processes and regulations related to C&A scope
Team Player
Autonomous and Proactive
Good communication and coordination skills (with internal and external stakeholders)

Vos responsabilités
Concevoir et réaliser les plans et schémas des installations électriques pour les bâtiments tertiaires
Élaborer les schémas de câblage, les plans de cheminement des câbles, et les plans de tableaux électriques.
Dessiner les plans d’installation électrique en respectant les normes en vigueur et les exigences spécifiques du projet.
Analyser les cahiers des charges et les documents techniques pour déterminer les besoins en électricité.
Effectuer des études de faisabilité technique pour des projets d’installation électrique.
Assurer la mise à jour des plans en fonction des modifications apportées en cours de projet.
Préparer les dossiers de récolement en fin de chantier, contenant tous les plans et schémas mis à jour
Votre profil
Bachelier en électricité ou électrotechnique
Expérience en schéma électrique tertiaire
Savoir utiliser des logiciels de conception CAO ou DAO tels que AutoCAD, Revit, et autres outils spécifiques aux installations électriques.
Avoir une solide connaissance des systèmes électriques, des composants, et des techniques de câblage.
Comprendre les normes et réglementations en matière d’installation électrique.
Être capable de lire et interpréter des documents techniques et des schémas électriques.
Faire preuve de précision et de rigueur
Avoir le souci du détail
Avoir de bonnes capacités de communication

Conception d'armoire électriques
Transformer les schémas de principes électriques en une installation embarquée réelle
Construire la nomenclature correspondant à l'installation et conforme aux contraintes et normes du train,
Dessiner les schémas définitifs et générer la liste de câblage associée
Concevoir des harnais respectant les normes ferroviaires et rédiger les spécifications pour leur production
Collaborer avec les ingénieurs mécaniques pour établir la liste des pièces détachées ou la solution d'installation finale
Rédiger une procédure d'installation expliquant les activités d'installation à réaliser
Qui êtes-vous ?
Master orientation en conception électrique
Min 3 ans d'expérience au sein d'un bureau d'études est requis
Connaissance d'un logiciel de conception électrique
Connaissance de V-cycles
Compétences rédactionnelles
Savoir communiqué tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit en français et anglais
La connaissance du PLM – ENOVIA est un atout
