Scope of work:

  • Kleinere projecten binnen HVAC/clean room aanpassingen van ontwerp fase over opvolging van uitvoering tot opstart / commissioning en kwalificatie (IOQ en PQ)
  •  Kleinere projecten binnen clean piping uitbreidingen van ontwerp fase over opvolging van uitvoering tot opstart / commissioning en kwalificatie (IOQ en PQ)
  •  Kleinere projecten binnen equipment uitbreidingen van ontwerp fase over opvolging van uitvoering tot opstart / commissioning en kwalificatie (IOQ en PQ)
  •  Ondersteuning in grotere projecten mbt HVAC – cleanroom – clean piping (gassen, water, clean steam) en equipment binnen het projectteam

Profile:

  • Je hebt kennis van HVAC
  • Je hebt kennis van Piping
  • Je hebt kennis in equipment
  • Je hebt kennis in kwalificatie / validatie van cleanrooms
  • Je hebt kennis in kwalificatie / validatie van clean piping
  • Je hebt kennis kwalificatie / validatie van equipment
  • Je hebt een Bachelor/ Master in electro mechanica, technische wettenschappen of een wetenschappelijke richting
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, leergiering, flexibel, leergierig, hand onds, stressbestendig en teamplayer

Scope of work:

You will ensure all installations, required for production, are in optimal technical condition.

You will maintain the reliability of the installations and in order to increase the performance of the quality of the production work.
You will organize and supervise all activities linked to the preventive maintenance, calibrations and interventions to the process installations, packaging machines and tabletpresses

Responsibilities:
Replacing the manager during his absence and assisting the manager with his tasks.

  • Assisting the manager with the development, execution and compliance of the processes.
    Creating and keeping up-to-date the work instructions/ procedures en forms for the maintenance department ( calibration, preventive maintenance, lubrication..)
  • Coaching technicians with troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and calibration of the machines
  • Planning and meeting with other departments to follow-up in the execution of breakdowns, troubleshooting…
  •  Coaching and guiding contractors
  • Execute projects to improve and upgrade the expansion of machines and installations. Supporting bigger projects executed by Engineering & GTO
  • Training technicians (procedures, compliance, on the job training).
  • Preparing inspections of inspections (and executing and following-up in action points from previous inspections, in relation to the installations and machines.
  • Actively participating in improvement projects and evaluate these frequently
  • Safety: ensuring a safe environment for the organisation and employees
  • Responsible for housekeeping and visual management of the department
  • Documenting and participating in investigations of deviations. Reporting and resolving issues
  • Administrative routine tasks
  • Preparing and participating in Monthly meetings
  • Act as project leader and assist in production related and/or cross-department projects
  • The tasks of the supporting Maintenance Coach are a combination between operational and conceptual-tactical
  • The problems the supporting Maintenance coach will deal with are variable which he/she can resolve with gained experience, however when the issues are to complex, he/she will need to liaise with the Maintenance Manager.
  • The supporting Maintenance Coach is the go to person for the technicians.
  • Follow-up on personnel planning and personnel capacity.t.
  • Guiding and coaching of the Technicians (incl. MyPMP & myCareer).
  • Conducting interviews with potential candidate Technicians.
  • In cooperation with the GMP-trainer being responsible for the training of the technicians.

     

Profile:

  • Diploma: Master of Bachelor with relevant experience or previous experience
  •  Preferably a number of years of experience in pharmaceuticals, chemicals or food industry
  • Great communication skills; pass on information and conduct an open communication to internal and external clients.
  •  Interpersonal skills:
    • Being able to combine multiple tasks at once
    • People management skills
    • Being prepared to work in Shift (incl night shift)
  • Skills:
    • General technical knowledge
    • General PC-knowledge (MS Office)

Validation Expert Analytical Lab

Location: Heist-op-den-Berg

Scope of work:

  • Validation of analytical methods & method transfer
    • Set up and write validation protocols
    • Analyze the validation results
    • Provide conclusions
    • Write validation report
  • Cleaning Validation
    • Sample preparation
    • HPLC analysis
    • processing of HPLC data with Empower software
  • Compendial review
    • Assess compendial changes
    • Perform method verification
    • Training of analysts
  • Annual review (reduced testing program): Data analysis + reporting
  • Response to internal & external enquiries
  • Review data generated by other analysts of the team
  • Develop and/or review departmental documentation including lab data sheets, training documentation, SOP's, change controls, deviations and CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) ensuring compliance with GMP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide analytical technical expertise in pharmacopeia tests, regulatory requirements, changes, and investigations, root cause analysis
  • Share successes with other departments during report out session with management
  • Organize and lead method transfer project meetings, attend conference calls + attend daily communication
  • Work according to applicable safety guidelines

Who are you?

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in chemistry/sciences/pharmaceutics or equivalent by experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Analytical Lab.
  • Experience in the creation of validation protocols, SOP’s, and preparation of validation reports.
  • Experience with HPLC (experience on Waters system is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Pharmacopeias (USP, Ph. Eur., JP)
  • Working knowledge of cGMP requirements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work precisely and accurately.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and to work in global cross-functional project teams.
  • Proactive attitude, taking initiative to help drive the projects forward.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects to completion are highly desired.
  • Strong demonstration of problem-solving skills. Open for innovation and proposal of new ideas. Have good creativity thinking skills.
  • Ability to understand and extract necessary information from technical documents.
  • Ability to effectively manage workload and prioritize activities. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet critical milestones and goals.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages
