Le deviseur est responsable de l’analyse technique des besoins clients, de la préparation complète des offres commerciales et de la gestion documentaire associée. Il garantit la qualité, la compétitivité et la conformité des propositions tout en collaborant avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.
Sa responsabilité s'étend notamment et de manière non limitative aux tâches suivantes:
Analyse approfondie des cahiers des charges et identification des exigences techniques et contractuelles.
Collecte de toutes les informations nécessaires à la compréhension du projet, y compris par visites de sites ou rencontres fournisseurs.
Coordination avec les intervenants internes et externes pour élaborer les offres dans les délais.
Définition des solutions techniques optimales, tenant compte des contraintes budgétaires, logistiques et de faisabilité.
Réalisation d’études de prix détaillées à partir de métrés et d’éléments spécifiques au projet.
Constitution d’un dossier d’offre complet, en respectant les canevas et standards de l’entreprise.
Utilisation des outils et plateformes requis (ERP, BOSA, etc.).
Suivi des appels d’offres jusqu’à l’attribution du marché.
Mise à jour rigoureuse des données dans l’ERP.
Participation à des initiatives d’amélioration continue (standardisation, réduction d’impact environnemental, intégration IA, etc.).
Contribution au lancement et à la planification de projets selon les processus internes.
Votre profil
Bachelier ou ingénieur industriel orientation construction.
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la construction.
Bonne connaissance des marchés publics.
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, ERP (Silicon Master est un atout).
Capacité à défendre un projet de manière convaincante, esprit d’équipe, rigueur, organisation.
Curiosité, autonomie, proactivité.
Excellent sens de la communication.
Langue : maîtrise du français et du néerlandais indispensable ; l’anglais est un plus.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

En tant que Dessinateur E&I, vous êtes en charge de la réalisation des dessins pour l’instrumentation, la mise à la terre, les chemins de câbles ainsi que des études d’éclairage.
Quelles sont vos responsabilités ?
Travailler en forte collaboration avec l’ingénieur E&I et les départements dessin de tuyauteries, structure, vannes et équipements.
Placer des instruments, équipements, luminaires, supportages et chemins de câbles dans Smart 3D.
Réaliser une étude d'éclairage et définir le nombre de luminaires.
Intégrer les câbles et calculer le taux de remplissage des chemins de câbles.
Effectuer les mises à la terre des équipements dans Smart 3D.
Réaliser des plans de montage standard pour le supportage des chemins de câbles, de la mise à la terre, des luminaires, des conduites de câbles, des montages instruments avec le logiciel Inventor.
Réaliser des listes de pièces à acheter sur base de catalogues et émission des BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) suivi et validation technique de celles-ci.
Gérer un budget d’heures et matériel.
Vous travaillerez en tandem avec un Ingénieur E&I, mais aussi au sein d'une équipe agile et multiculturelle composée de membres de diverses disciplines. L'environnement est collaboratif, offrant un parfait équilibre entre autonomie et soutien.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Expérience, connaissances et compétences techniques :
Formation en dessin industriel, en électromécanique ou en Automation.

Aptitudes à démontrer dans des logiciels de dessin tel que :
