Il s’agit d’une fonction d’ingénieur ou équivalent nécessitant la connaissance du logiciel Ansys, dédié aux calculs numériques et à la simulation multiphysique. Cet outil est principalement utilisé pour simuler :
Les comportements thermiques, mécaniques et électriques des composants et systèmes étudiés.
Les déformations et contraintes mécaniques complexes.
L’interaction entre différentes physiques.
Quelles sont vos responsabilités ?
Participer à la gestion de l'activité de calcul en collaboration avec l'équipe en termes d'identification de la charge de travail et d'utilisation de la sous-traitance (interne)
Définir les outils et types de modélisation adaptés aux contextes
Préparer l'exécution de simulations numériques et de calculs, principalement les études nécessitant Ansys
Participer à la définition des tests physiques destinés au calage des modèles numériques de simulation
Prendre en charge la modélisation et simulation des calculs explicites
Participer à l’analyse des résultats de calculs
Rédiger les rapports de calculs, pris en charge
Utiliser ces résultats pour proposer des solutions d’amélioration des solutions techniques
Possibilité de télétravail (jusqu’à 2 jours maximum par semaine)
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous avez une formation d’ingénieur, dans une filière mécanique, électronique, électromécanique, aéronautique ou équivalent
Vous avez au moins une années d’expérience.
Maitrise du logiciel Ansys, LS-Dyna est un atout.
Maitrise du Français et/ou Anglais.

Qui êtes-vous ?
Diplômé en dessin industriel (niveau bachelier) :
Connaissance des normes ISO, cotations fonctionnelles, tolérancement,…
Connaissance des matériaux et des technologies de fabrication : principalement usinage et soudage,…
3 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en bureau d’études et dans le domaine de la mécanique,
Intérêt pour l’industrie de l’armement,
Connaissance idéalement de minimum CATIA V5 ou Solidworks et au mieux 3D experience,
la connaissance de la méthode squelette de CATIA est un plus.
