Participer au programme de calibration et de maintenance des appareils utilisés
Assurer un reporting immédiat à son supérieur hiérarchique en cas de déviation, incidence, résultat hors spécifications, ou pour tout résultat hors tendance

En tant que Superviseur QC, vous intégrez le laboratoire de contrôle qualité composé d’une équipe de 7 personnes. Nous offrons un poste en CDI. Travail en 2 pauses, rotation hebdomadaire matin (6h – 14h) et après midi (14h – 22h). Vous rapportez directement au responsable du laboratoire ainsi qu’aux Ingénieurs Chimistes Analytique. Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Avoir connaissance et s’engager à respecter la Politique Qualité.
Promouvoir une culture de la Qualité dans toute l’organisation et promouvoir l’intégrité des données critiques selon les GMP en respectant les principes ALCOA+ ainsi que la transparence dans l’enregistrement des failles du système Qualité, identifier les opportunités d’amélioration qui permettent d’améliorer les risques et les failles du système.
Collaborer à l’identification et à la correction des problèmes d’intégrité de données dans son domaine de responsabilité.
Appliquer les principes ALCOA+ dans l’exercice de ses fonctions.
Superviser et organiser le personnel à sa charge et les activités réalisées durant sa pause.
S’assurer que le personnel à sa charge réalise toutes les activités en suivant les instructions écrites et approuvées et qu’ils enregistrent l’information demandée en respectant l’intégrité de données.
Révision de la documentation et des données primaires des analyses de matières premières, contrôles d’en-cours, intermédiaires et produits finis.
S’assurer que toutes les incidences et OOS apparues lors de sa pause sont enregistrées et informer son responsable immédiatement pour la prise de décision.
Gestion des échantillons de rétention.
S’assurer que les installations du laboratoire de Contrôle de Qualité à sa charge sont propres et ordonnées durant sa pause.
Gestion du programme de qualification et calibration périodique des équipements de mesure et d’analyse.
Informer en cas de problème de maintenance des instruments ou d’installations et organiser sa résolution avec le Responsable ou son adjoint.
Connaître toutes les procédures qui affectent son travail.
Maintenir son poste de travail propre et ordonné.
Former le personnel à sa charge.
Par délégation du Responsable de Contrôle Qualité, le Superviseur QC pourra réaliser les fonctions suivantes :
Approuver/rejeter les matières premières, les contrôles en-cours, et les intermédiaires conformes/non conformes aux spécifications établies.
Approuver les certificats d’analyse des produits finis et émettre les étiquettes correspondantes.
Participer aux investigations de réclamations en coordination avec l’Assurance Qualité.
Investiguer les résultats hors-spécifications en coordination avec l’Assurance Qualité.
Proposer des changements sur la documentation en vigueur au laboratoire et participer à son évaluation.
Compétences et domaines d'expertise souhaités
Bachelier en chimie Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur, d’un Master et/ou d’un doctorat, idéalement en chimie analytique
Expériences requises de 3 à 5 ans.

Battery team is responsible for not only development of battery pack but also model based design & digital evaluation in both cell and pack level.

Research the latest battery modelling approach to develop new and improve existing methods
Implement digital approach to design and optimize future battery system
Predict battery aging by simulation
Assess battery cooling and thermal propagation by simulation
Apply the methodology to local battery cells and packs

Your profile
