Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
Als Project Ingenieur Utilities kom je terecht in een hoogtechnologische en gereguleerde omgeving en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over uiteenlopende projecten. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit een aantal gevarieerde activiteiten:
Je leidt projecten van concept tot oplevering (basic & detail design, aankoop, installatie, opstart en validatie).
Je werkt aan installaties voor generatie, opslag en distributie van utilities zoals perslucht, WFI, stikstof, stoom en koelwater.
Je verzamelt de noden van interne stakeholders en vertaalt die naar technische specificaties.
Je volgt leveranciers op en bewaakt budget, scope en planning.
Je voert risicoanalyses uit, stelt projectdocumentatie op en begeleidt validatietesten.
Je stuurt interne en externe projectteams aan en zorgt voor duidelijke taakverdeling.
Je draagt actief bij aan continue verbetering en kennisopbouw binnen het team.
Wie ben je?
Om bovenstaande taken en verantwoordelijkheden succesvol uit te oefenen, beschik je als Project Ingenieur Utilities over een hoger technisch diploma (Industrieel of Burgerlijk ingenieur) aangevuld met idealiter 1 jaar of meer ervaring in projectengineering met focus op piping en clean utilities. Ervaring of op zijn minst een grote interesse in een farmaceutische GMP-omgeving is een vereiste.
Je bent communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast heb je een analytische ingesteldheid en werk je nauwkeurig en planmatig. Tot slot ben je ook een resultaatgerichte persoon met sterke organisatorische en technische skills.

Pour notre client spécialisé dans le secteur de la défense, nous sommes activement à la recherche d'un Test Engineer qui sera responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et de l'analyse des tests expérimentaux, dont l’objectif consiste à vérifier la qualité et les performances de des produits, en référence aux spécifications techniques applicables.
Le Test Engineer assurera ses responsabilités en favorisant le travail collaboratif avec l’ensemble des experts concernés par le développement des systèmes, des sous-systèmes, et/ou des briques technologiques soumis aux tests, ou dont on veut démontrer les performances en séances spécifiques dites de démonstration.
Rédiger les protocoles de tests, tenant compte des prescriptions normatives, si applicables,
Planifier les tâches à réaliser en phase préparatoire et durant les tests
Affecter les rôles aux collaborateurs concernés,
Participer au post-traitement des données, rédiger les rapports de tests, et diffuser les rapports aux personnes concernées,
Veiller à l’archivage des données, brutes et post-traitées, ainsi que des rapports associés,
Veiller à la Sécurité de sa personne et de celle d’autrui, notamment de ses collègues
Préparer les TRR (Test Readiness Reviews), (des campagnes de tests et ou de démonstrations)
Organiser les TRR avant les séances de tests/démos, et y inviter les parties prenantes,
Définir l’instrumentation qui convient aux grandeurs physiques à mesurer, tenant compte des conditions des tests et ou des séances de démonstration – Principalement pour des mesures vibratoire
Veiller à l’entretien correcte des matériels de tests (capteurs, rack d’enregistrement, caméras, et autres),
Ranger et référencer le matériel de tests dans les armoires prévues à cet effet.
Veiller à la mise à jour de la calibration des chaines d’instrumentation
Participer à l’amélioration continue du service ‘’Tests et Mesures spéciales’’
Participation aux Revues de Conceptions pour y apporter la vision de Testabilité et Accessibilité des sous-systèmes,
Qui êtes-vous ?
Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou équivalent (essais, instrumentation, électromécanique, électronique, ou domaines connexes)
Expérience dans un rôle similaire,
Connaissances en instrumentations, traitement de signal, Traitement des données
Expérience en matériels de tests (vibrations, thermiques, jauges de contraintes, pression, …)
Connaissance en mesures spéciales (vibratoires, mesures de contraintes, …)
Expériences en mesures radars et mesures sonores est un plus
Capacité de travailler en équipes pluridisciplinaires
Accorder une grande importance à la sécurité de soi et celle d’autrui,
Disposé à voyager pour l’organisation et l’exécution des essais. La fréquence des voyages est variable, entre 3 et 5 fois par année. La durée de chaque voyage allant de 3 à 15 jours,
Connaissances en Normes et Standards définissant la conduite des tests. La connaissance des normes militaires, notamment la Mil-Std-810, est un plus.

He should lead the operations during an experimental run.
To deliver to the client the technological know-how capitalized during commissioning and qualification campaign. This includes supporting the preparation of manufacturing documentation (SOPs & manufacturing instructions), the training sessions and validation protocols and reports. Your profile:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience preferred.
