For our client specialized in the energy sector, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager Officer to define governance, methods, processes, and project management tools, and to provide advice and support to teams on these elements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the Group's project management policies, essentials, standards, and tools (referred to as PEST), such as project lifecycle processes, monitoring and control systems, standards, governance, etc., across all entities in the sector.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 3 people, ensuring regular follow-up and appropriate support.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to guarantee visibility on project progress and performance.
  • Organize, plan, and execute infrastructure projects, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
  • Propose and implement optimization initiatives for project management processes, based on recognized methods and tools (PMP, PMO).
  • Collaborate with teams across various sites, including China and India, to ensure harmonization of efforts and sharing of best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in operational efficiency and initiate the development of appropriate solutions as new processes or tools to be implemented.

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree (business management, administration, or project management-oriented engineering).
  • PMI certification (or another certification such as Prince 2) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, ideally in industrial contexts such as plant or power station construction.
  • Experience in project management, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with PMP, PMO applications and methodologies, as well as planning, documentation, and contract management tools.
  • Excellent command of English, with French language skills for internal communications if necessary.
