· Investigate field issues related to Autoguidance and Precision Farming
· Provide solutions through ASIST, phone, and in-person support
· Deliver local technical training and support market issues
· Collect field feedback and escalate product issues
· Represent After Sales in Product, Launch, and Support meetings
· Support product improvement initiatives and TIC presentations
· Ensure resolution of legal/safety issues and assist in recall support
· Assist in drafting technical publications based on field experience

Profile:
· Degree in Electronics or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent experience)
· Hands-on experience with agricultural machinery and electronics
· Logical and structured approach to problem-solving
· Independent, flexible, and willing to travel internationally
· Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
· Familiar with guidance and precision farming applications
Skills:
· Strong customer-focused service and communication skills
· Advanced troubleshooting in electronics and software
· Thorough understanding of agricultural machinery systems
· Proficient with electronics, software, and Microsoft tools
· Ability to work independently and manage priorities
· Comfortable in international, multicultural environments
· Capable of analyzing technical issues and providing feedback
· Clear and concise technical reporting and documentation
· Fluent in English and at least two other European languages
