As a Test Engineer, you won’t just run tests — you’ll be at the heart of innovation. Your mission is to plan, execute, and analyze experimental tests that ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Working hand-in-hand with engineers, developers, and technical experts, you’ll help bring complex systems and cutting-edge technologies to life. Your collaborative mindset and technical insight will be key in validating solutions that are built to perform — and built to last.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Develop test plans and protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • Organize and coordinate test preparation and execution activities
  • Assign roles and guide team members during test phases
  • Analyze test data, write clear reports, and share results with stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper data archiving
  • Guarantee safety for yourself and your team during all test operations
  • Prepare and lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
  • Select and maintain appropriate instrumentation, especially for vibration testing
  • Ensure calibration and upkeep of all test equipment
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
  • Contribute to design reviews with a focus on testability and accessibility

Your Profile

  • Engineering degree or equivalent (testing, instrumentation, electromechanics, electronics, or related fields)
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, signal processing, and data analysis
  • Experience with test equipment (vibration, thermal, strain gauges, pressure, etc.)
  • Knowledge of special measurements (vibration, strain, etc.)
  • Experience with radar and acoustic measurements is a plus
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Willingness to travel for test organization and execution (3–5 times per year, trips lasting 3–15 days)
  • Knowledge of testing standards and norms; familiarity with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD-810) is a plus
  • Proficiency in technical English
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
