For a long-term consultancy assignment through Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing, we are looking for a Project Consultant to support spare parts planning, product development, and business improvement activities in an international environment.
Your Rol:
As a Project Consultant, you will play a key role within the aftersales value chain, supporting the planning, development, and successful market introduction of spare parts solutions.
You will combine business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and continuously improve ways of working across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of new spare parts solutions and the optimization of existing product portfolios.
- Evaluating new product opportunities and identifying potential business value.
- Preparing business plans and supporting decision-making through detailed analysis and reporting.
- Coordinating the introduction of approved products and ensuring successful market launches.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational excellence.
- Supporting effective communication and alignment between teams.
- Following up on project milestones and ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Who are you?
- You hold a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive, or a related field.
- You have experience in product planning, business analysis, project coordination, product management, or a similar role.
- You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and business cases.
- You are well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and continuously looking for ways to improve processes.
- Experience within an automotive, supply chain, manufacturing, or after-sales environment is an asset.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
