Quelles sont vos responsabilités ?
Le Project Manager est chargé de la gestion d’un portefeuille de projets en exécution. Il gère plusieurs projets simultanément dans les domaines industriels. Selon l’ampleur des projets, il s’appuie sur les ressources internes en vue du bon déroulement de son projet (bureau d’étude, service achats, département qualité, supervision de chantier…) mais peut également réaliser lui-même certaines de ces tâches. Les principaux objectifs du poste sont la conformité des résultats aux budgets et la rentabilité, le respect des délais et la satisfaction des clients ; le tout en défendant, dans chaque cas, les intérêts de la société. Il s’assure de l’application, au sein des projets et équipes, de la politique de Santé & Sécurité au Travail avec l’intégration des aspects sécurité, des normes qualité et environnementales.
Activités:
Définir le canevas du projet avec l’identification des partenaires externes et internes,
Organiser et mener les réunions avec les clients, les partenaires et sous-traitants,
Définir les voies de communication avec le client, fournisseurs et sous-traitants,
Assurer les relations commerciales avec le client, à partir de l’établissement de l’accusé de réception du projet jusqu’à la réception finale de l’installation,
Encadrer et coordonner les équipes projets, si nécessaire se plonger dans les aspects techniques du projet avec les collaborateurs :
Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges pour la consultation des entreprises sous-traitantes,
Coordonner la réalisation des études de détail (schémas PID, implantations, plans guides, dimensionnements divers),
Participer au choix des fournisseurs et sous-traitants de vos projets en veillant aux intérêts de l’entreprise et en minimisant les impacts environnementaux,
Etablir les spécifications techniques concernant l'achat du matériel, les discussions techniques avec les fournisseurs,
Etablir et suivre les plannings de réalisation des projets et les transmettre aux clients,
Suivre la réalisation des études en s’appuyant sur le bureau d’études,
Gérer les aspects contractuels, administratifs et financiers des projets (y compris les avenants et revues budgétaires trimestrielles),
Fournir aux clients la documentation sur tous les aspects souhaités et ce dans un souci d’exhaustivité et de cohérence des informations transmises,
Participer à la définition et à l’implémentation des process et outils de travail de votre département.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous détenez un diplôme de Master en ingénierie, idéalement en électromécanique,
Vous disposez d’une expérience de 10 ans minimum en tant que Project Manager,
Dans le cadre de votre parcours, vous pouvez justifier d’une ou de plusieurs expériences professionnelles dans la gestion de projets internationaux, idéalement sur des installations électromécaniques industrielles complexes dans le Oil & Gaz et l’énergie,
Vous disposez d’une expertise dans la gestion et la bonne tenue de budgets financiers,
Véritable « people manager », vous faites preuve de leadership, de charisme et êtes en mesure d’encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires,
Vous maitrisez l’anglais à un niveau B2 minimum,

Tender:
Participate if needed to technical clause to clause analysis during the tender phase for the industrial area in liaise with the Product Program Manager.
Concurrent Engineering:
Develop concurrent engineering and design to cost approach between development and industrialization Centers
Support product strategy and technology roadmap from industrial perspective
Apply Signalling Product Industrialization Process
Define Industrial Requirements specification per Product Line
Manage products Industrialization WP / provide prototypes needed
Define the most efficient industrial scheme (serial & repairs)
Take into account project requests from Project Industrial Manager: responsible for industrial and production work packages (QCD)
Contribute to reinforce relationship between Industrial and Signalling Engineering by participating to Product Program review
Industrialization:
Define the generic Product industrial breakdown structure (MBOM)
Manage industrial risk through Product / Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan when relevant
Support sourcing in the suppliers’ qualification and quality follow up
Life Cycle:
Manage industrial Quality, Cost and Delivery of products during all life cycle and lead proper action plan (especially for recurring costs & Lead time optimization)
Ensure industrial sustainability of Product during life cycle: guarantee the manufacturability – reparability (incl. Test bench and parts obsolescence management / re-design proposal)
Improve Product competitiveness: cost optimization, lead time reduction, quality improvement

Manage traceability of product delivered to projects, and retrofit plan if needed
