Vous assurez le fonctionnement optimal du département Qualité et Environnement, en ce compris :
Leadership Role :

  • Prendre la responsabilité de l’équipe qualité, composée de 4 personnes (un technicien contrôle qualité, un technicien Assurance qualité et 2 personnes responsables du Team Service)
  • Assurer l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication et des processus commerciaux clés vers l'excellence opérationnelle.
  • Être responsable de toutes les performances opérationnelles (SHE, qualité, service, coût et personnel) du département.
  • Maintenir une interaction réussie avec toutes les fonctions du site de fabrication et répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients (internes / externes).
  • Assumer des responsabilités de gestion générale en tant que membre de l'équipe de direction et de l'équipe qualité.

Quality Assurance :

  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement du système qualité au sens large : procédures et instructions de travail, gestion des audits internes et externes, gestion des plaintes et non-conformités, validation des matières premières/packaging/produits chimiques.
  • Mettre en œuvre les normes et politiques de qualité et d'environnement (5S, GMP & prérequis, contrôle des processus, sécurité alimentaire HACCP, normes GFSI & ISO, biologique, directives (Golden Unicorn standard), Halal, Casher, alimentation, etc.).

Quality Control :

  • Superviser le contrôle qualité dans le cadre de la validation des matières premières et produits finis pour satisfaire aux critères de nos clients et exigences légales.
  • Mettre en œuvre les plans de surveillance des produits et plans environnementaux liés à la gestion des eaux.
  • Gérer les équipements métrologiques.

Environnement :

  • Garantir la légalité environnementale du site en respectant les réglementations et le permis d'exploitation en vigueur.

Team Service :

  • Gérer tous les services nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’usine : équipe d’entretien du site administratif et usine, tâches administratives liées à l’approvisionnement pour la cantine, les vêtements de travail,….

 
Votre profil :

  • Diplôme de niveau Master technique/ingénieur
  • Minimum 7 ans d’expérience en Gestion de la Qualité et Assurance Qualité dans un environnement de production.
  • Une expérience en gestion d’équipe est un atout.
  • Français courant et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais. Une connaissance de l’allemand ou du néerlandais est un plus.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Une connaissance de SAP est un plus.

What are your responsibilities ?

Our partner is responsible for all infrastructure projects that meet requirements with respect to the development, expansion and renewal of the Belgian electricity transmission system between 30 and 380 kV.

As a LV Designer Trainee, you will play a crucial role in the design and realisation of various electric installations and systems.
A project involves close collaboration with Project leaders, technicians (MAC), experts and sometimes external study offices.
Our LV Designers work in a team of about 15 colleagues, where we consider the sharing of knowledge very important.

This traineeship takes 8 months. The rotation is as followed:

  • 2 months: Group Training basics Secondary Systems
  • 1,5 months: On-site technical training (MAC)
  • 1 month: Design tasks (New Year break)
  • 2,5 months: On-site technical training (MAC)
  • 1 month: Operational tasks

Goal: To be able to start on your own first projects as a LV Designer by the end of the traineeship.
During these 9 months you will receive coaching from a Senior Designer or Tester. This doesn’t stop with the end of the traineeship, but will continue.
You will also have meetings on a weekly basis with your Designer Coordinator.

The work of a Technical Designer is divided into 2 different phases:

1) Tasks during study phase:

Based on the project note, carry out a study to adjust standard plans to achieve the desired end result. Taking the company norms, standards and methods into account. Design this study with AutoCAD and perform quality control of the study.
Discuss and solve problems together with the project leader
Sending the drawings to the appropriate departments
Option to participate in in-factory acceptance tests of the protection cubicles that are designed.

2) Tasks during the construction phase:

Following up on site issues related to the LV study
Finding solutions to LV problems on site, in consultation with the Project Leader and people on site (MAC)

Who are you ?

  • You have a qualification in a relevant technical field. For example, electricity, electromechanics, automation or engineering.
  • You are interested in design activities and you are familiar with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • You have an eye for detail, work accurately and have strong planning and organisational skills.
  • You have a strong motivation to develop further and to gain expertise in your field.

  • Serve as the point of contact for one or more testing domains or techniques within the lab, interacting with LabOps, microbiology, and external vendors when needed.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (A1 level) in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biomedical Laboratory Technology, Pharmaceutical Biology, or equivalent through experience.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical laboratory.
  • Strong awareness of GMP, safety standards, and quality deviations.
  • Able to apply and document SOPs rigorously and identify potential quality risks.
  • Skilled in using lab instruments and software (Empower, Chromeleon, Tiamo) and systems like QTS, LIMS/gLIMS, Binocs, Pdocs, and PLS.
