As part of R&D organization, the Powertrain Division is responsible for local development of powertrains as well as planning and research of new European technologies. Battery team is responsible for not only development of battery pack but also model based design & digital evaluation in both cell and pack level.
Your responsibilities
Research the latest battery modelling approach to develop new and improve existing methods
Implement digital approach to design and optimize future battery system
Predict battery aging by simulation
Assess battery cooling and thermal propagation by simulation
Apply the methodology to local battery cells and packs
Analyze simulation results and test data to draw conclusions
Take a role of expert in the field, contribute to the team overall outcome, support problem solving
Your profile
Engineering degree in electro-chemical
Experience in battery thermal management
Experience in battery modelling
1D and 3D thermal model knowledge
Enthusiastic and independent as well as team player
Explain, summarize and report complex technical information in a clear and visual way
Knowledge in MATLAB Simulink, GT power, CCM+
Fluent in English (written & spoken)

En qualité de responsable laboratoire Contrôle Qualité, vous êtes garant du bon fonctionnement du département composé d’une équipe de 8 personnes. Dans ce cadre cos missions principales seront les suivantes :
– Superviser quotidiennement l’ensemble des tests analytiques (HPLC, GC, dosages potentiométriques, …) relatifs au contrôle qualité des matières premières, intermédiaires, et produits finis. – Garantir l’application des bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et des exigences réglementaires – Participer à la rédaction, au contrôle, et maintien de l’ensemble de la documentation liée aux activités de contrôle qualité (procédures, protocoles, instructions de travail) – Participer aux activités de développement, de transfert, et de validation des méthodes analytiques. – Superviser les investigations analytiques et suivre les CAPA associés – Piloter le suivi et la maintenance des équipements analytiques – Garantir la fiabilité et de l’intégrité des données analytiques. – Participer aux audits et inspections – Être acteur et force de propositions de projets d’amélioration continue – Participer à la formation et au développement de compétences du personnel du laboratoire.
Profil recherché
– Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur, d’un Master et/ou d’un doctorat, idéalement en chimie analytique. Vous avez au minimum une expérience professionnelle réussie à un poste similaire. – Capacités managériales reconnues. – Excellente connaissance théorique et pratique des équipements analytiques, en particulier HPLC et GC – La connaissance des systèmes informatiques Empower et Starlims est un plus – Comportement proactif, tourné vers la résolution de problèmes complexes – Excellentes capacités de communication orale et rédactionnelle – Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

Your Major accountabilities will be:
Definition and follow-up of data integrity & Quality Culture roadmap for the company.
