What are your responsibilities?

  • Develop further the process to prepare content on change controls for communication to external partners.
  • Manage meetings with external stakeholders and present information to Quality, regulatory and technical collaborators
  • Organize the transfer of information on change controls between GSK and QA department from external partner
  • Collaborate with people located in MPU’s and abroad. Convince them vis-à-vis decisions, procedures or processes, while remaining diplomatic and maintaining motivation.
  • Be able to manage internally (between colleagues from different departments) as well as externally.
  • Efficient follow-up to respond to any questions and respect the timings of the projects.
  • Establish & track key performance indicators for each step of the process
  • Lead the design of or optimization of process
  • Follow the implementation of changes and ensure alignment with RA and external partners to minimize the impact on supply continuity.
  • Write local SOP with new process, and ensure training of all stakeholders (MPU, QA, QC, site conformance, RA, MSAT).
  • Be responsible for the change controls specific to GSK working for an external partner
  • Collaborate on punctual projects such as participation to taskforces, development of standards

Who are you ? 

  • Experience (preferable 5 years) in the following would be considered an asset :

  • Bilingual French/English (oral & written)
  • Proactive with ability to identify and follow up on gaps in process
  • Ability to work under pressure due to the requested flexibility and reactivity of the activities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The proposal engineer sell products and services by using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to develop technical proposals. Upon receipt of the Request of Quotation, the proposal engineer develop innovative solutions that fulfill the requirements of the customers, lead negotiations with customers to identify and agree on technical requirements and close a signed contract. His/her goal is to meet sales and technical targets while complying with corporate guidelines for price/margin, schedule and design accuracy

Your responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Managers with the preparation of presentations, qualification documents and sales materials for potential customers
  • Do market research to identify current and potential customer needs and develop effective applications of products and services
  • Analyses the technical specifications of the tender and highlights relevant information to define equipment and services. 
  • Responsible for the preparation and the assembly of the technical offer including the definition of the performances and guarantees, the definition of the scope of supply and services, the verification of overall layout and process P&ID, the definition of Technical clarifications and deviations to the call for tender. 
  • In charge of the negotiation with the client for the preparation of the technical documents and the final contract
  • Coordinates and manages, with the assistance of the appropriate departments (electrical, mechanical, thermal, process, instrumentation, quality control …), all bid preparation and bid strategy activities to satisfy technical optimization, estimating, scheduling and risk management requirements.
  • Assures the quality of the proposals by reviewing and evaluating the proposals with respect to company requirements, contract issues and business risk. 
  • Identifies and manage the risks
  • Assists management in the coordination of resources such as engineering, sales, drafting/design and estimating to develop a technical and commercial proposal that complies with company standards and meets the needs of the customer

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum three years' experience related to mechanical, HRSG, boilers or energy
  • 5 year's experience in implementing capital goods projects in the energy field
  • Must be able to effectively read and understand mechanical, electrical and process drawings
  • Fluent in English. French is an asset
  • Knowledge of building machines and mechanical and thermal processes
  • Proficient with Excel (spreadsheets, charts/graphs, macros)
  • Ability to explain and defend technical solutions and proposals in front of potential customers
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Gifted with a strong and autonomous personality and interested to work independently, in a multinational environment and in liaison with our team in Belgium

  • Coordonner les activités techniques avec le bureau d’études (qualité, achat, par exemple, pour développer une supply chain pour un nouveau dossier) dans le but de construire une offre et un dossier technico commercial pour vendre un service et un produit.
  • Rédiger les documents de l’offre et se reposer sur la participation d’autres départements
  • Capable d'effectuer des négociations

Votre profil

  • Vous avez un diplôme d'ingénieur technique (mécanique, électromécanique, industriel)

Dans le cadre de l'organisation du projet pour la réalisation des projets de construction de pipelines, les contrats de travaux spécifiques doivent être suivis. En tant qu'assistant du comité de projet/de la direction du projet, ce poste permet de suivre de près les dispositions et les conditions préalables du contrat de construction et, par extension, des contrats connexes, conformément aux exigences légales, aux principes de qualité, à la fiabilité et à la sécurité, tout en tenant compte des considérations budgétaires.

Mission

  • Vous assurez le suivi de divers contrats de construction, de la phase initiale à la phase finale de divers nouveaux projets de construction

  • Pour ces différents projets, vous serez responsable :
    o    du suivi des budgets et du planning,
    o    de la mise à disposition des commandes et des contrats dans les délais impartis.
    o    de faire appliquer correctement les différentes clauses administratives et commerciales de ces contrats.

  • Vous rapportez directement au Project Board/Project Manager, participez aux réunions de chantier (notamment la partie administrative et contractuelle) et en assurez le reporting. 

  • Vous organisez le reporting complet du projet à des fins diverses, c'est-à-dire les steerings, les salles de budget, les présentations à des fins internes ou externes, etc.

Profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un master (sciences industrielles, sciences commerciales, gestion d'entreprise, droit)

  • Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de projet.

  • Vous êtes organisé, flexible et proactif.  Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et savez motiver les autres.

  • Une expérience relevante comme acheteur dans un environnement technique est un point positif pour cette fonction.

  • Vous aimez travailler ensemble, coordonner, négocier et résoudre des problèmes.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Als Technische Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor elektrische infrastructuurprojecten (betreffende hoogspanningsposten. Jouw takenpakket omvat:

  • Uitwerken van voorontwerpen, opstellen van budgetten en planning van projecten rekening houdend met de vereiste en beschikbare resources.

Wie ben je?
Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma in burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur (bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of elektromechanica). Ervaring met projectbeheer en kennis van hoogspanning worden gewaardeerd. Je beschikt over een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en hebt een uitgesproken organisatietalent. Als vlotte, assertieve communicator ben je klantgericht, hecht je waarde aan teamgeest en toon je vindingrijkheid. Je bezit uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans, met basiskennis van het Engels.
